Hello Liya,

Yes, this will work just fine. Can you confirm that June 15th is still the publishing date we should assign?

We'll get this into a draft and send it over for review before finalizing.

Thank you,

Hi All -- Reminder that we'll need at least a 2 week notice for project release blogs and social promotion. We have tentatively set 06/15/20 for Adlik publishing in our communications calendar but will need the content by Monday to be able to meet that date. If the release date has moved out or if you are ok with a publishing date later then we can certainly push out the date. Looking forward to promoting your release!

Thank you,

Adlik TSC,

Congratulations on your first release coming up. LF AI would be happy to help you announce the release via a post on the LF AI blog along with LF AI social channel (Twitter/LinkedIn) promotion. We would also share across the relevant LF AI mail lists to help spread the announcement. If you would like us to assist with this please provide the following regarding the release: summary/highlights of the release, link to release notes, release date, and any other items you may want to highlight (ex. upcoming project meet-up or special thanks to particular contributors), thereafter we can circle back with you on a target publish date. We require a minimum of two weeks lead time in order to be able to properly resource for the effort and to have the opportunity to meet the requested target publishing date based on our overall communications calendar.

If you have any questions, please do reach out.

Thank you,
